Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom or engraved urns may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options depending on your location and order size. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders, and DHL or your local postal service for international deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@funeralsupply.shop with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package appears lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow time for resolution, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders.

  • Certain countries may be unavailable for shipping due to carrier or customs restrictions.

  • Some products may be restricted from international shipping depending on local regulations.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
